Jeanette Socaciu is Assistant Director of Property & Facility Services, a role in which she develops and implements policies and procedures for both divisions, as well as providing mentorship and training to Plaza team members.
In addition to these duties, she manages a portfolio of medical and office buildings in the Phoenix metropolitan area, as well as business park and office condominium associations. She brings to the company her expertise in tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, accounting, vendor services, tenant improvements and overseeing association board meetings.
Socaciu joined Plaza Companies in 1999, before leaving in 2007 to pursue an opportunity specific to her unique set of property management skills with Roskamp Realty Services. Ms. Socaciu lent her expertise to the company’s portfolio of medical buildings, senior living communities and land owned by Sun Health Services, before signing back on with Plaza Companies in 2010. Socaciu successfully obtained the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations with BOMI International, in addition to the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute for Real Estate Management. She serves as the Executive CPM for Plaza’s Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) designation.
She has overseen operations for many of the region’s largest and most respected medical facilities, including properties located on the Plaza del Rio Campus in Peoria, Estrella Medical Plaza I and II in Phoenix and managing large portfolios for several major national REITs. Associations include Lakes Medical Plaza Condominium Owners Association in Sun City, Palm Valley Professional Plaza Condominium Association in Goodyear, and Plaza del Rio Owners Association, Plaza Town Center Owners Association and Plaza Town Center Condominium Association in Peoria.
